The sentences formed will be nonsense or silly sentences which provides learners with a fun experience as they build their sentences.
The sentence mats contain three boxes with Who? What? Where? so learners can recognize the structure of sentences easily.
How to use this Winter Sentence Building Activity Literacy Center?
- Place the picture cards onto the color coded sentence mat.
- Read the silly sentence made.
- Record the sentence.

- Print and laminate the pages.
- Cut apart to create the picture cards.
- Print recording sheets if required.
